The name is self explanatory – this website is a map showing forecasted locations of (naturally growing!) shrooms.
The fungi they map out are Psilocybe semilanceata, otherwise known as Liberty Caps, the mushroom found growing in nature that causes anywhere from mild to high trips.
How does the Magic Mushroom Map work?
Fortunately, the map does all the science for us. Taking in the environmental factors to grow Liberty Caps (location, temperature, weather, soil acidity, etc.), Magic Mushroom Map has mapped out the optimal areas for mushrooms to naturally grow.
Living on the West Coast of North America or northern Europe? You’re in luck! Liberty Caps thrive in those areas and love grassy wetlands. While other areas are less likely to produce these mushrooms, Magic Mushroom Map is constantly being reviewed and updated by crowdsourced information, so keep an eye out for any developments.

The paid version (£9.00 monthly) shows the walkable routes in those areas (for everyone’s sake, don’t go rifling through someone’s backyard) and a 10-day forecast, so you can plan your quest in advance.
