People Coordinator @ Boiler Room
Location: London
Role: “At Boiler Room, our people are at the core of delivering events and serving communities, bringing people together worldwide. The Boiler Room People Team supports this mission by providing and creating a friendly, nurturing, productive and fun collaborative environment, whilst remaining compliant and supportive. As the People Coordinator, you’ll fulfil the needs of the employee life cycle by being the first point of contact for staff and carrying out the HR transactional and operational administration for the business. You will work with the Office Manager when necessary to maintain the office and facilities to the highest standards.
We are looking for a friendly, results-oriented People Coordinator to join us on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday). The role is office-based and located near Broadway Market.”
Experience:

Music Marketing Ambassador @ Monster Energy
Location: Los Angeles
Role:
- “Generate Trial of Monster Energy Drink products by consumers
- Communicate the Monster brand message to consumers
- Assist with Music Marketing projects
- Develop and Strengthen Key Relationships via Sponsorship Fulfillment, events activation etc.
- Support Music Marketing efforts through event sampling and event support as needed
- The proper candidate would also assist in online projects”
Experience:
- “Open to fluctuating schedules
- Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts (2 shifts per month during normal business hours required)
- May be asked to travel with the team to events and activations (out of State)
- Preferred experience within Music Marketing (touring/labels/promoter/musician/etc.)
- Must have a clean driving record”

Director – Music Publishing Licensing @ SoundCloud
Location: London
Role: “As the Content Music Publishing Licensing Expert, you will renew and manage agreements with music publishers, collecting societies, and PROs globally while also handling new licensing requests. You will play a key role in leading the music publishing strategy, focusing on negotiating commercial terms, managing partnerships, and driving revenue opportunities for SoundCloud. Your focus will be on driving business growth through successful partnerships that align with the platform’s goals and provide a solid foundation for future business opportunities with key stakeholders in the music industry, primarily focused on Europe. This role will emphasize the commercial aspects of music publishing, supporting our distinctive business model and value proposition.”
Experience:
- “7-8+ years of relevant experience with preferably a legal or business background, ideally 4+ years coming from a music publisher, streaming platform, or any other company at the intersection of music and tech handling transactions with music publishing rights
- Good understanding of the digital music rights landscape in the US, the UK, and Europe and a deep understanding of digital music rights and experience with DSPs or UGC platforms
- Experience in negotiating complex rights deals in multiple territories with excellent negotiation skills.”
