Head of Operations at Paradise City Group

Location: Various locations across Europe depending on time of year

Role: “We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Operations to join our team. Are you a born leader ready to play a critical role in the operational organisation of our festivals?

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the operational team during festivals and guaranteeing smooth execution of the event.
  • Being responsible for all operational aspects of our festivals, including crew schedules, mobility, safety, F&B, permits, local anchoring and more.
  • You are responsible for budgeting, financial monitoring, and reporting operational activities.
  • Evaluating and optimising operational processes and practices to ensure the quality and sustainability of our events.”

Experience: “A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field; Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English; Willingness to travel and be flexible in working hours, as the event industry does not follow a 9-to-5 mentality.”

Artist Relations Coordinator Intern at Deezer

Location: Paris, France

Role: “Deezer is currently looking for a talented intern to join the Deezer France Artist Relations team. This is for a 6 month internship starting in October 2024.”

What you will do:

  • Assist the French Artist Relations team in maintaining strong relationships with our key music partners (labels, providers)
  • Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure a good implementation of all artist relations activities (CRM, Social Media, Marketing, Product)
  • Assist and support the production of original contents & events  
  • Data analyses and reporting of all artist relations marketing activities”

Experience: “Experience in the music industry would be a plus but is not mandatory.”

Production & Events Coordinator at the Sydney Opera House

Location: Sydney, Australia

Role: “The role is responsible for providing a range of administration and coordination services to support the Production and Events portfolio in the efficient and effective delivery of business operations.

The role is also responsible for disseminating business critical event information to the relevant Production and Events teams and collates and records charges for Production labour, equipment and services for operational work.”

Experience: “Demonstrated computer and software application skills, particularly Office 365 – with database and purchase order experience desirable.”
