Artist Relations Manager at UnitedMasters

Location: Brookyln, New York, United States

Role: “What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary liaison with UnitedMasters’ Partner artists, you will:
    • Court, build, and maintain relationships with 80/20 Partner artists and other stakeholders interacting with the UM product to make sure they take full advantage of UM’s growing suite of offerings.
    • Gather artist feedback on product priorities.
    • Identify underserved areas that our products need to support through feature solutions and recommendations.
    • Ideate future product features that will help drive artist independence. Help define product requirements that will feed into future product roadmap.
    • Clearly communicate our value proposition to the artist community.
  • Align with the Music Team to ensure seamless communication across UnitedMasters’ artist ecosystem in a unified brand voice, including by building and iterating on scripts and collaborating with Customer Operations to align messaging for communication portals.
  • Support outreach for brand opportunities and other promotions for non-partner Artists.”

Experience: “Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, relationship management, project management, customer success or a related field.
  • Experience in a role that requires coordination, attention to detail and thoroughness.”

Senior Program Manager at Amazon Music

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Role: “Key job responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis through hands on approach to data mining, and define success criteria for music merch discoverability and accessibility
  • Identify and define projects that deliver results for music merch
  • Partner with global teams in designing, building, and deploying scalable solutions
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, business performance and features
  • Build a mechanism to track progress, and provide timely update to relevant stakeholders in Japan and WW”

Experience: “BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Japanese”

Location: Paris, France

Role: “What you will do:

  • Coordinate Projects such as playlists creation, landing pages development, audio spots and podcasts recording, game contests organization, events coordination…
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of advertising campaigns with multiple KPI analysis
  • Be in direct contact with our clients and our providers on a daily basis
  • Design creative assets to convince future customers
  • Carrying out a collaborative monthly benchmark on brand content operations”

Experience: “This role is excellent for a person:

  • Highly analytical with an great level in Excel, and very comfortable with numbers
  • French native, fluent in both French and English with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • With a relevant internships background – a first experience in the media / advertising / internet industry would be a real plus
  • Who knows the basics of Photoshop and Figma and is able to adapt mock-ups”
