Artist Management Coordinator @ Breakaway Projects

Location: Los Angeles

Role: “We are looking for a highly motivated artist management coordinator to assist the Head of our Artist Management division. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and most importantly, the ability to prioritize and multi-task under extreme pressure in a fast-paced environment. A high degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with manager’s business as well as personal contacts is essential.”

Experience:

  • “BA/BS degree required
  • Familiarity with social media usage, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, SoundCloud, etc.

Event Setup @ Levitate Music Festival

Location: Marshfield, WI

Role: “It takes a village to set up the village that becomes the site of Levitate Music Festival. We have a wide range of positions available – from entry level putting up scrim, to fine carpentry, to using heavy machinery to move structures, and everything setup related in between! Compensation ranges from $180 to $500 dollars a day and includes a 3-day pass to the event so you can hang with your setup crew and soak in some tunes.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a productive member of the team
  • Accomplish any and all assigned tasks in an efficient, thorough, and complete manner
  • Communicate effectively with teammates, coworkers, and event management
  • Assist others with other tasks during downtime”

Coordinator, Music Programming @ SiriusXM

Location: Washington, DC

Role: “Works with members of the Music Programming team to create superior radio programs as needed. Supports creative processes, content development and production. Exercises both creative abilities and technical skills. Edits materials and operates an audio board. May be assigned to more than one program and perform slightly different functions across channels.”

Experience:

  • “Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-12 months of music programming related experience at a satellite, traditional commercial, and/or college radio station
  • Strong interest in learning all aspects of music programming and a desire to grow into a Program Director position
  • Strong interest in music and pop culture
  • Good public speaking and presentation skills.”
