Mandidextrous and Maddy V Team Up For New Track – Deep On This

Mandidextrous drops latest track with Maddy V

If you’re not familiar with Mandidextrous or Maddy V, just know that you’re missing out.

The two underground British artists have come together to release the perfect head-banging track- just in time for any raves you have lined up for the holidays.

Who is Mandidextrous & Maddy V

Mandidextrous is transforming the rave scene with their lively jungle and techno mixes with an assortment of sub-genres. As a Trans Non-Binary DJ, their identity’s influence on their tracks can be seen in their quirky Psy-trance and Speed-bass mash-ups.

Maddy V is known for her incredible live D’n’B performances, and impressive lyricism; leading her to win Best Female D’n’B MC at the UK Drum and Bass awards in 2022 and 2023.

Deep on This

Released on the 15th of December, ‘Deep On This’ has already seen its debut in the south of France, with local DJ’s sharing the crowd’s intense enthusiasm on its entrance.

The track itself is hard to categorise, with Mandidextrous’ wild mash-up of genres, ‘Deep On This’ fuses D’n’B with an up-beat speed-bass, all that’s left is you wondering how you’ve been missing out on this for so long.

Think Gabber, but with a camp British spin on it.

Switch it up

With more than 20 years on the rave scene, Mandi is no stranger to quality sound design, and the experience truly pays off in the up-beat euphoric track. The overall mood left after fully digesting the track immediately brings up a desire to jostle into strangers in the middle of a muddy field. This feeling, merged with the deep speed-bass beats, ends up with a theme iconic enough for a flamboyant Darth Vader spin-off.

Intense energy

Maddy V’s vocals and intense energy tie the track together, helping Mandi along with the creation of a whole new nostalgic yet futuristic genre.

‘Deep On This’ calls for full movement of the body (no holding back allowed here) and will certainly hold up until the upcoming summer festival season, where both newcomers and OGs to raving will be able to let loose to it.

If you’re itching to hear Deep On This live, Mandidextrous will be touring France and the UK from January 2024.
