Ever wanted to party in a church? Haven, a new church that has been converted to a club will be opening its doors from March 16, 2024.

RAW, the Parisian label behind the club, will be testing the waters with it’s first church hosted electronic music club.

Highway to hell or one-way ticket to Haven?

Although it’s location is unknown, it will be able to host up to 500 revelers. Heaven and hell will shake every Saturday evening from 11pm to the early hours.

Renowned artists such as Ben Sims, Freddy K, UVB, and VRIL will be delivering a different kind of worship, than those normally found in churches. Additionally, four resident DJs, A.mo, ey-rah, Illnurse, and Kuss, will present sets which will most likely be inspired by the venue. There will also be other confirmed artists for the first season such as Matrixxman, Psyk and more.

A Haven-ly experience

A Haven page on Shotgun, an event website, explains that the venue is ‘not just a club’. The description described the venue to what you might expect from a church. It features stained glass windows, high ceilings and an atmosphere filled with a rich history. It also states that during the immersive evenings, ‘taking photos and videos is prohibited.’

The church turned club will be a promised haven to passionate souls in search of an escape. Think of it as Saturday prayer ritual to the music gods, of underground music.
