Imagine this: you’re at a huge festival and realise you’ve lost your friends within the crowd. You try to call them but get no service.

When panic sets in, you remember Totem Compass, the new digital compass that will guide you back to your friends before the tears start to roll down.

Totem Compass goes viral over night

Through a promotion video shared on Totem’s Instagram page, the product has gone viral with 18.4 million views, 391k likes, and 270k shares. The product has already received $750,000 in pre-sale orders from tech and festival lovers alike.

Locate your friends without cell service or Wi-Fi!

Totem’s compass allows you to locate friends even when you are without cell service or Wi-Fi. You also won’t need to worry about any elements affecting the product due to the design being both waterproof and dustproof. Additionally, the product promises a battery life of over 72 hours, giving you peace of mind even if your phone ends up without charge.

Totem Compass will soon arrive in your mail

With shipping orders to begin in April, the Totem Compass company will debut their product at the Creative Industries expo at SXSW, a festival that brings together tech and music.

The co-founder of Totem Compass, Carter Fowler, shared his excitement to ‘‘enhance the festival experience and make it easier for people to stay connected and enjoy their favorite music together’’. The company is ready for any challenges that arise, especially concerns about privacy, network overcrowding, and technology dependency.

Bond, track, and vibe with Totem Compass

Totem Compass allows a bond to be created between four of your friends by pressing the crystal to enter bond mode. Once bonded, you can turn on compass mode to track your friends with directional headings in real-time, even if you can’t tell left from right. The product also has a vibe mode, which allows the crystal to sync its reactions with the music.

Are you ready to change your festival experience?

This could be the product that changes the festival experience. It’s not uncommon for a group of friends to get separated by a busy crowd at a festival, and with the Totem Compass, we can be at peace of mind that we will find them again.
