Rob Cappadonna an Italian/American DJ and producer is set to return to Malta in Summer 2019.
The Sicilian born US Servicemen who now resides in Miami, is signed to the Italian record label, Sound Republic Records. His latest single ROCKROCK has just been released under the Italian label. Rob who started his career whilst living in London became inspired by the UK Drum & Bass scene saying: “being around London’s DnB scene was an intense experience for me which inevitably inspired me to get my own equipment and start mixing and producing.”
“After London I needed to set my sights on new challenges, so I traveled to Asia and Australia. Landing residences in DNM one of Melbourne’s top clubs. After months on the road home was calling.
“Bringing his new-found skills back to his native Sicily. He quickly found himself in demand and performed in major venues Mercati Generali and Barbara Beach Catania.
Then It was Malta’s turn and just in time because a shift was calling and that calling was house,EDM and bass house which landed him yet another residency at the now closed Plush club.
We get a feeling Rob likes change! After Malta he briefly went back to Sicily before heading off to join the US Army. Not one to move away from his music Rob continued to perform but this time to his fellow troops in the various bases he was stationed at around the world. When he finds himself on leave Rob tours the US with his group House Vibes based out of Savannah (US).
