What is underground music? We consider all alternative, countercurrent and urban music to be underground music.

What counts as underground music? It’s a genre that encompasses a myriad of niche genres. A few examples include hardcore rap, New York house and liquid drum and bass – all seemingly unrelated but inherently intertwined. And you can find them along with other subgenres all throughout the site.

You might find either the famous or the unknown – but you will certainly find the talented.
